If your item does not fit and you need to return it, please make sure that it is still in good condition and simply send me a quick email to let me know that you are sending it back and if you would like a refund or replacement to melanie@barkinmouse.co.uk. Then please send back to 56 Delery Drive, Padgate, Warrington, WA1 3DJ. Once I receive it back I'll issue your refund or send a different size out.
